Can we fix team builder

Can we get something that makes solo people wait longer and longer the more they click find another group? Its to the point where if someone gets into your group, that you may have just started (say with 59 minutes and 50 seconds left on the timer), and they leave because they aren't in a full lobby. Something needs to happen.

You don't fix team builder by punishing people who find other groups, this is how you fix it.
