Bruiser fizz and Bruiser ekko solution

Bruiser Ekko an Bruiser Fizz still exists to be a problem .If riot want this thing to exist then his discussion is pointless so better ignore it. I thought of a solution , please do tell me if it is alright if riot implements it. The problem with ekko and fizz is they have high base damage on their abilities which makes them viable for a bruiser class. Riot tried to Nerf them by reducing their base damage but this in turn nerfed their Pure AP form too. I think solution to the problem should be removing their base damage completely or reducing them to such a extent that bruiser is not viable at all and simultaneously increasing the AP ratios to a high ratio, or the base damage should only scale from AP. This could make them go pure AP and make them mage assassins again. This solution is from my point of view,if you think anything is wrong please do tell me where i am wrong . I dont know much about league anyway so please do share your solutions and tell me why i am wrong.
