Karthas Needs a Rework

For petes sake make Karthas the haunting psychopath he deserves to be. You could pick any other champion for the mid lane and it would in the short, or long run be better for your team. He needs a second passive or something. Riot, there is so much potential with his lore to be such a fun, and good champion.

I have never seen him banned. No one fears the most haunting champion. I might ban him just so we get a better pick for mid-lane.

Compared to the newer champions Karthas falls very short, in most aspects.
