About the champion story and actual creation

As you know the story of wukong goes he was a magical creature born into the jungle and looking for worthy opponents...etc Wukong is described as a fighter who is a magical creature with magical abilities. But AP wukong is not viable at all. His w deals damage but is unplayable. Riot please make him more viable as an ap user. I want to use him in different ways. Also do something about his passive mid to late game those stats are almost useless or maybe completely useless.
