Epidemic of Player Bots

If you've played vs the AI recently (mostly for an easy First Win of the Day bonus) then you've probably seen them. They always go mid, get mostly random items, fire off skills in random directions and mostly AA until the mid bot kills them. I'm kinda getting annoyed at how often I see them, and am wondering if anything can be done. Besides reporting them each game of course.

Thats true ive seen some around.

If you put 5 of them in the same team against beginners bots they lose by perfect KDA.

They cant distinguish ally from foe and often try to attack or cast skills at anyone who gets in range.
