Grade based on CS only?

Not sure if ARAM has different parameters for the Grade scale, but the ONLY seemingly important category that Bard did better than me in this match was CS. (Ok, deaths, too, but I figure the KDA makes up for that? Maybe not?). Maybe there are champ specific algorithms?
To be clear, this is just musing. I'm not mad that Bard got the grade, he deserved it (nailing those ults, which is rare on Bard.) Just wondering why my Vei stats didn't make the cut.
