Ranked Ques are Still Up
According to the all mighty Rito they should be down but I can still join one and there are countless people in ranked games. Has the season even ended yet?

When the clock strikes midnight, turning November 10 to November 11, ranked queues will come down for about twelve hours and we'll start doling out rewards.

Archon X1 votesyes, ranked went down because the season ended. However, it stays up during preseason, your games will not affect your season rewards but they do affect your ranked mmr, so when you do placements in season 6 your preseason performance will have an impact in where you're placed.

they took down ranked to mark the end of the season, so that there would be a clear delineation between the end of the season and preseason
they don't need ranked to stay down for the duration of the week or so it will take to dole out rewards

there are two types of ranked:
During the season - affects your end of season rewards Preseason - affects your ranked mmr, which impacts your placement next season
