Used to be plat now cant get out of silver this games makes my blood boil opinions

I used to be plat on this account it got permabanned not because of me long story short i quit for awhile let my friends play on my account but they were toxic as fuck and got my account permabanned... i got a new account from a friend with very low mmr and got placed in silver 5 and this shit makes my blood boil im silver 3 atm almost silver 2 but this shit is making me crazy just lost a game where its was fucking 8/1 before the 5 min mark i mean like wtf this is tilting me so hard i literally almost broke my desk this never happens im usually very chill even when i lose when i was plat or even high gold the games felt alteast evenly matched but this shit .. i have above 50 percent win rate so ill climb eventually but playing in silver is fking tilting me so hard i cant keep my cool i dont understand these players or my team stomps really hard or fucking feeds there asses off there is no in between even some games i got 12/4 and i still lose i start to tilt cuz of my teamates i usually just mute everyone when the game start but when my team goes 8/1 before the 5 min mark what the fuck can i do?? im i the only one or do some other smurfs feel the same way? i would like some opinions on this i love this game in higher elo atleast it isnt a fiesta like it is in silver....
