please answer me. i just bought her recently and i have mastery 3 already,and i some pretty average kda's,something like 5/4/7/,4/2/10,etc....

She's pretty matchup reliant tbh. She can be really easy but in the wrong matchup it is incredibly easy to feed with her as well.
As for "mastering" her...I'd say she's one of the hardest champions to truly master 100%
Depending on your skill level on LoL. Riven is a hard character that needs the right builds. If you play other hard champs like Yasuo, Lee Sin, etc., then you probably know your good builds. You can find builds and how to play as her at a LoL related site or youtube guides.
Pretty simple to play but hard to master
Shes hard to master. Not many champs are "hard" in the sense of picking them up. The only one that comes to mind would be azir and even then, his abilities are straight forward
