Ban Restrictions in Normals

Okay, so I love free week because I get an opportunity to try out new champs. As a courtesy, because I know people are trying new champs and want to test them against people more than bots, I actively avoid banning champs on the free list in Normals. Is there a way that Riot can make this a permanent thing though? Is there a way you all can restrict it so that the free champ I want to try can't be banned in Normals? It's not a critical thing, but I'd rather try out someone like Yasuo in a draft environment rather than the YOLOfest that is blind pick so I can figure out how viable it would be for me to play that champ in ranked games if I chose to buy him.

I mean that isn't really plausible. What if someone wants to ban a free week champion who happens to be OP at the moment, or a new champion that's on free week rotation who players don't want feeding on their team. It wouldn't be fair to restrict players like that.
