I mean it feels like there are only 4 junglers viable right now, gragas reksai vi and eve. Can riot buff others junglers like nocturne and elise

I would agrue that jungle has great champion diversity. Gragas and reksai have had (and will have more) nerfs, tank meta's fading and almost every jungler but Elise can be played in any rank.
