Fiora dumpstered 7.14?

With her movement speed passive no longer activating with her ult activation, shes going to require some sort of additional movement speed item, such as youmuu's, and probably ghost if she hopes to kill anyone now. The q ms being reduced is a good change in my opinion, they didnt remove it completely and thats great. If shes trying to kill someone who has any sort of dash or movement speed ability, they can easily out run her in a 1 on 1 scenario. Riven and fiora used to be a skill matchup, with riven winning most of the time (hardcore playerbase), now riven will dumpster fiora and fiora will probably drop to a 45%~ win rate in the new patch.

The best way to see how this affects her is to wait, but im calling it here first that the r change needs to be redone. Affect it the same way you did her q and simply tone down the ms she gets.

Honestly you should hardly notice the change, as you should be getting free Vital hits when you ult, so loss of that shouldn't hurt. Remember that before this, Fiora was one of, if not THE most mobile incombat champions in the game with insane stick.

Fiora still has dashes, slows, and (albiet nerfed) Vital movespeed. She'll be fine.

About Riven matchup: Wtf? Riven matchup never had anything to do with movespeed... all about Riposte, Riven W, Riven third Q, Riven R, and hitting Vitals.

It's certainly a major nerf, but idk about 'dumpstered.' She's still on the fast side, has a low-CD dash (even if short range), and the passive speed boost won't be THAT difficult to get- just not free. It's certainly much harder to get a catch/run someone down than before the change. You won't be able to see someone across the lane and jump on them anyway. But you're getting a phage and boots anyway, you have relatively high base MS, and you have dashes. You should be fast enough.

I'm glad to see others are pointing out the trouble Fiora's going to have. I can understand some adjustments if people are finding it way too difficult to fight her, but destroying her like this with all the direct and indirect nerfs? This is too much.

i'm sure that %max hp true damage + heal + ms passive will allow fiora to get by just fine
