I get 15-19 Lp while playing ranked

I really dont know why but all my friends get 20-25 lp while playing ranked.And when i play with them i get 15-19 and when i lose i lose like 25 lp and i cant climb up,i win 3 lose 2 im still on 0 lp cuz i win 45 lp and lose 50 that is not fairrrr pls fix it*[slayer-jinx-unamused]* Amumu

Either you lost more than you won so it's going to be harder to climb because you need to prove that you don't belong in X tier.
