a lot of champions can kill you without landing their core spell, just because you always hear

dodge the charm dodge the charm dodge the charm

doesnt mean she's useless without the charm, its part giving champions a versatile kit so they dont become telegraphed like annie who is actually useless without her stun and she has to land it first, thats the very best definition of useless

Ahri has to be extremely fed to do this and why are you complaining about Ahri when there are a lot champions that can do this even without being fed like Fizz Rengar Talon Zed etc.?

Even if Ahri was that fed she would still need to hit the Q at least unless op was seriously under leveled, meanwhile those champs you listed (besides Zed) have big damage nukes on point and clicks.
