Pre-game matchup

So I'm sure this may have been an idea before, but I just want to express my concern.

Barring people from quitting matches pre-game isn't a solution to making the community environment better. The amount of pre-games I've spent over the last two days has had an increasing amount of trollpicks and bickering that I don't want to spent the better half of an hour being a part of in-game. I'm not given a choice as to whether or not I will commit that hour to this matchup. I can either suffer through the hour and come out with a significant amount of blood vessels popped, or alt + f4 and face an exponential time ban ranging from 5 minutes up.

This isn't a way to generate good games. As far as I'm concerned, I'm being banned from playing because I want to play a good game. I'm not the one ruining the game, it's the other players ruining it for me.

Can I get some help for this? I just want to go play the game. I'm not starting whinefests over "TOPTOPTOPTOPTOPTOTPTOPTPOTPOTOPTPOTOTPOTPO" "BOTBOTBTOBTBOTBOTOBTOBT ADCADCACADCADC GIB ROLE OR FEED"

I'm getting out of games that have that and forecast a terrible game experience that I'm not going to enjoy and waste an hour of my time on.

What's so bad about adding a "Quit" button? Or at least a vote for something like that in pre-game lobby?
