@Riot, context on Udyr ?
Remember this guy ? 
A long time ago, he was broken (cause some items), but now, he feel like he is trash and useless. His kit is outdated I guess too.
It's possible to do some buffs or rework him ?

Watch Trick2G play Udyr, your idea of "useless" will change very quickly when you see how he's suppose to be used.
udyr does need buffs but we likely won't see them for a bit
