Can we give some love back to AP Eve? Considering both her and the item were nerfed pretty much because of her gameplay pattern with it and her ult.

I can agree that AP eve needs some love, at the moment, though I think she is not too far off from a good place at the moment.
Remember every time she has been even a bit above balanced? She got insta-picked and won a bunch of games due to her perma-stealth passive. She is not a healthy champion, where sometimes I think reworking her may actually be a better choice over buffs or nerfs to her kit.
