I've played agaisnt Rek'sai top twice now, both times as wukong. I just have a difficult time laning against her with her sustain, poke and ability to escape with her burrows. Both games she has taken my first tower and bullied me into sitting under my second. I am wondering if anyone has any tips for how to play against her or what champs to pick. HALP!
her weakness are slows so just wait till she engages on you then W away. make sure you engage reksai not the other way around.
If you go in on her when she is unburrowed that means she'll have to burrow (do less damage) to knock you up, just W away when she goes under like that. Build alot of armor and dont try to out damage her in an auto attack fight, it doesn't happen... you've really got to outplay em!
she shits on melees hard until you get armor. she's guaranteed to get her unburrow + Qx3 combo off if you go into melee range so it's better to just avoid her unless she unburrows until you get a decent chunk of armor.
i play riven so it's a really annoying lane for me due to my low sustain. you can't deny her farm because she just takes it with her burrowed skillshot. if you go in for small trades she just heals up with her passive regeneration. if you all in she unburrows and wins the trade before tunnelling away.
i really hate rushing armor on riven but in this matchup i've been getting an early cloth armor, preferably after brutalizer, to reduce a lot of her damage from the guaranteed trade. i haven't experimented with a cloth5 start and saving up 1337 for a brutalizer on recall yet, but that may work better. it feels like i run out of potions quickly since she can just sit in the minion wave and unburrow -> combo me when i go in to CS. if you get brutalizer + cloth without dying you just straight up win though, so at least there's that :]

Fiora is amazing vs Rek'Sai
i usually wukong jungle, and i've had face rek'sai junglers, and what i've learned is that you got to bait her within a second of being under you, then decoy while she waste her knock up and q attacking the decoy, then i'm usually able to whail on them because they get tanky late mid game. just get bruts+timat or hydras and bring ignite along if your bringing teleport instead.
I'm with Nasreth - I've tried building my usual armour pen wukong build but she just keeps coming regardless. Hydra mitigates the sustain deficit but takes so long to build. Brutaliser into Sunfire or Frozen Heart is probably better (top lane wise anyway)
i've had success dueling rek'sai with renekton and darius as far as melee champs go, but i can't say if it's because of the champion or the player, haven't played the matchups more than once or twice
i played gnar vs one and shat(shitted?) on it. but thats kinda just gnar for ya
