Buff Teemo (Warning Is a Joke)

Dear Riot Games,

Teemo currently lacks several needed power boost to be viable; as I will list out below.

Stealth should be permanent. Teemo must never be visible.
Mushrooms should A) Stay indefinitely B) Spawn more around them randomly to simulate growth.
Poison is too weak early game. Teemo needs a higher scale percentage and base AP
Tanks counter Teemo to well. Poison should be %health modded by AP
Teemo should no longer be an insta target. Please remove the hidden passive

I know but what if Riot took me seriously? I may play Teemo a lot but still. Would be pretty bad if they did this.

Omg yes teemo is so underpowered right now. Hes almost as bad as lee sin. You forgot that whenever he kills someone his laugh should now be heard globaly. His shrooms should randomly spawn around the map and they are an insta-kill whenever someone steps on him.

Truthfully... Teemo needs a dang rework so he's not 100% dependent upon his ult. =/

Teemo does just fine with his current kit. I focus my build on having Toxic Shot do most of my damage, so I build AS and AP. The AP does help a lot with his R, but with the AS from item 3115 and item 3085 he can lay waste to a double minion wave in no time at all and slaughter just about anyone in a 1v1 or even a 1v2 or potentially a 1v3 if they are too close to each other.
