Why would you permanently ban Teemo from One For All, but not Heimerdinger? This is really frustrating. Did you perma ban Teemo for the poison or the bombs? those turrets aren't at all better than the bombs as a matter of fact i would prefer the bombs instead of a million and ten turrets. RIOT WHY? JUST... WHY!!!!!!!
