I think Xerath's ult should do the same as Jhin's whereas it zooms out and gives range. Majority of the time Xerath's ult gets delayed by having to move the camera trying to get a good angle and maybe even struggle to keep them in sight. With the ult already zoomed it we can finally do those farsight orb + ult plays we dream of. It wouldn't really be a buff , just make gameplay smoother.
Fat Bastard GOD3 votesRiot already aknowledged that they cannot do this because it zooms out in a circle. Jhin's is a cone. Xerath's ult circle is much too large, and Riot said when zooming out that much, "things start to look weird".
Pretty much Xerath's ult is a humongous circle that scales to half the map and Jhin's isn't. Zooming out Xerath's would actually make it harder to aim and things would look funny.
IxtaliKing2 votesI made a thread about this a while ago that got over 300 up votes, and Gypsylord (I think) said they don't have the tech because Xerath's ult zooms out too far. Of course, I believe he misunderstood my post because I was requesting a zoom out to the same point as Jhin's. I assume that's what you're also asking for, since it would be very unreasonable for anyone to think you're asking for a zoom out to the full range of Xerath's ult.
