Today in my ranked game we had an AFK in the first 3 minutes, but because he moved around and was chatting and such he was able to bypass remake and then he quit after 2:30 making it impossible for us to remake giving us a guaranteed loss
Had a similar experience on this game; it was some 5 am normal so it was troll as heck. Our Ryze was in the middle of the fountain stationary facing right for like 15 or 20 minutes and /remake said it was unavailable.
I think he initially never connected.

Though we did end up making a come back because Ryze did return reconnecting some 18 minutes in?
There was no first blood til 4:30 btw
I see in your game there was no FB til 5 mins in. So it wasn't that.
