Riot idk if you want this top smite to be a thing but i really don't like it, but i don't want you guys to nerf cinderhulk. I was thinking maybe you can put a restriction so only one champion per team can upgrade their smite and it is impossible to get cinderhulk without upgrading smite as far as i know. I don't know how hard that would be to code into the game but it should stop people from taking 2 smites because one will be pretty useless (besides the double drag/baron smite). i hope you can use this idea (unless you want this top smite to be a thing).

Why should rito stop people from using different strategy. They are losing either flash, ignite, or tp. In exchange they get more objective control. Whats wrong with that?

objective control still works with a raw smite and cinder hulk was meant to buff tank junglers so they would be more viable. If they want the sunfire effect then build the sunfire cape no need to abuse the new item that balances the jungle.
