Shaco needs a buff!

Hes been gutted way too much! They need to reduce the cooldowns at least so he can be playable again. The Q and W cooldowns are way too long. I really hate the fact that people complain that he is "Too strong" when they just dont know how to counter. So they keep complaining and riot keeps nerfing due to popular demand. He needs a buff, at this point hes little more then an advanced minion at best :( Please fix this
