Are you kidding us? why the heck you nerfed critical items.. I mean if yasuo is broken just nerf yasuo not his items with these changes (about crit itmes) you destroyed all adcs and ganplank are u feeling good right now? I mean after mid season update ADCS were ONE-SHOT from every single champion (expect ADCS and Support).. Now ADCS are useless as fuck.. KEEP DESTROYING CHAMPIONS BECAUSE OF YASUO... However, you destroyed all ADCS (i think they are almost 20) and Gankplank so 21 champions are useless because of yasuo.. yeah !!! PARTYYYYYYYY

As someone that personally hates Gangplank being in the game I am okay with him being nerfed cause of Yasuo. As for ADCs most of them are just going the dumb BoTrk BC build at the moment anyway.

Also, this has been mentioned before, ADCs may have got slightly weaker with the reduction of Last Whispers Armor Pen but the removal of hp has also hit tanks some as well. If anything the biggest nerf to Crit was the Crit reduction on Randuins being notched up to 20%. Otherwise Crit didn't really get hit that hard. Actually, with the added synergy between RFC and Shiv and the reduction in price of ER and IE they got better so....
