the answer is simple, its a LOL.

In any other game the problem is 100k players in same place, but in the LOL same problem is for 10 players..

In any other software, programmers do tests, but in this game "the programmers" test real time..

so the answer is simple it is a LOL.. a game where noob developers learning programing.
