Too many trolls this season!

I have encountered trolls in about 4 out of 5 of my games in ranked and ranked flex this season. Just played a Ranked Flex game and we were winning but Kled kept standing in the bushes doing nothing for a really long time. Graves kept farming the jungle but would not help push lanes. Sion and I (Ziggs) were trying to push lanes and had bot and top turret and inhibitor. Twitch started following Graves around the jungle and did nothing to help push the lanes. We managed to ace the other team. I went to their base, destroyed the bot in hibitor by myself, while I watched my team mates stay on our base and not move at all. I destroyed one turret by the nexus, then half of the other before gnar came revived and took me out. I was able to defend for a few more minutes, then Kled went afk completely. Graves told the other team I was toxic and Twitch agreed wtih him. 55 minutes into this game and we lost because of these types of players who think it's funny to throw games that could be won. I'm sick of Riot not punishing them enough to stop it. It's obvious what they are doing. Too many games like this and I'm done. They are running off the good players who would pay to play if it weren't so toxic. My family has almost completely stopped playing this game. There were eight of us. Now there are only 3 who play some and no one spends any money any more. It's not worth it for the headache of what they are doing. Put these trolls in their own Rank, lower than Bronze and make them play 100 games to fight their way out of it. Do something that will teach them for good!
