Can someone explain to me why riot has not added a timer to how long annie can hold onto her stun? support annie is aids

agreed but at least mid annie has to use her stun up to keep lane pressure

Except mid lane Annie one-shots you while you're stunned giving no counterplay. Unless you play Fizz and solo kill her level 3...

well i mean so does viegar support and he scales much harder. blitz can kinda walk up to you and E. leona can do the same
