You won't necessarily win, but you will farm up and protect your tower while preventing him from leaving lane to help his team.

Avoid fighting Darius since that just plays into his hands. Just farm whatever you can, survive and be useful later.

It's a rough matchup, probably one of Nasus' worst. The thing is, Darius is a champion that absolutely loves fighting in melee range, which Nasus is. A smart Darius will zone you away from your farm whenever possible, and will even freeze outside of his tower, forcing you to fight him and your own fear of getting ganked just to get 1 or 2 stacks per wave. You must NEVER push up against a Darius, you must ALWAYS freeze up the lane right outside of your tower.

By freezing the lane this way, you ensure that Darius will never have enough time to get to full stacks for the purposes of his all in, while ensuring that you can farm much safer. Wait for ganks from your jungler, Wither is one of the most useful tools in assisting a gank attempt, and Darius is especially vulnerable to it, having no mobility outside of flash/ghost.

After a certain point, you'll have built up so much damage on your Q from stacks and will be so tanky from just how much lifesteal and defensive stats you have from your build, that Darius will stop being able to 1v1 you. Playing Nasus against Darius is a game of waiting, and if you can be patient you will always win
