She can be a VERY oppresive lane bully as a support, the main thing is learning plant positioning so you don't accidentally take to much CS while being in optimal spots to zone the enemies.

She is also rather weak to the in your face tanky supports, which are everywhere right now.

She's still playable. Just positioning is critical and she doesn't have the best protection for an ADC (that root can still save them, but you need to be positioned extremely well to root both of them and then also be same yourself.)
