plz ether give us back team builder or fix draft

please ether give us back team builder or at least tell me which of my primary/secondary it is giving me i will play the secondary every once and awhile but 15 games of top primary and bot secondary and i have yet to play top. and i am getting really freaking pissed off that i have to freaking dodge so i can try again. at least in team builder if u changed your mind or didn't like the team and wanted to try again it didn't punish you for it. i did not mind the hour q times if it meant i got my team. worst of all i know this statement is not going to do anything. this game is just going to keep pissing me off till i stop playing. i am not going back to blind pick. this is not a threat but me begging i don't wanna have to go to another game but i will have to. if u didn't know this community is kinda bad. team builder let me chose my team with out making me dodge. so please ether give us team builder back or fix draft.
