Surrendering in RANKED? How can I ever get ahead...?

Every game I play I do the best...

I'm the best on my team.

I have the most gold.

I have the most monsters killed.

So how is it fair that I can never get ahead when my team all 4 feed and all 4 surrender in ranked?

Why appeal to them?

Why play the game if you are just going to quit in the 1st place?

How is it fair to players like me who actually want to get ahead?

People make fun of you because you can never leave bronze 5.

Well this is why.

Had a guy on my team who was heavily carrying us, we were a mess (he said hes on a smurf account).

But, instead of whining, he took extra effort and time to ping/communicate what we needed to do, our loss turned around into a win somehow.

I'm sure his shoulders were aching after that.5

If 4 of 5 people are too tired to play the game anymore then it would probably still end up in a loss
