Alt + Click no work

I have been trying to get my cooldown pings to work for over a month and can't figure it out. I can do jungle pings fine. I have tried Alt+click and all variants. I do have Alt + F key for self cast. I don't know if that's affecting it. I have tried to find the control for it in game and can't seem to find it. Any help?
