New Team Select

I'm going to be honest. I'm not a fan over this whole new "team select" I'm missing the old team builder where you could get the champ you wanted right away. And this new draft mode "preference" has caused me as a top/mid laner to wait at least 30+ minutes per match. I got a quicker match in Dominion. I don't see how this is going to work out especially on smurf accounts, because everyone and their grandmother either plays top or mid.
