Why is Nashor's Tooth still an item

No one buys it, not even Kayle or Kai'Sa which are arguably the two champions whose niche it even hits. What is the item even good for? Why not replace it with something relevant to the game.

Pretty sure it's Azir's core item.

AP Shyvana.

Ap Shyvana, Mordekaiser, Jungle Morgana, Evelynn, Kayle, Kai Sa, On hit Neeko, Tryndamere, Teemo, just to name a few.

P.S. It's a 120 AP item in disguise..... so not exactly weak......

Kai'Sa's builds have been hella stupid over her career, because there's not really been any stable core items for her outside of Guinsoo's. Hell, most of the time now I see her building Manamune for some reason. They really needed to NOT have turned Guinsoo's into what it is, it's pretty much overridden the niche of Nashor's Tooth.

Kayle still builds Nashor's in almost every single one of her builds.

Even Muramana builds feature it.

This item is literally just for Azir no matter what anyone tries to bs in here as an answer. Some people have it as an "option" at best, but really only Azir uses Nashor with any regularity.
