PBE RP

You know what riot should do? Something other than buffing damage and saying they are working on fixes...by buffing more damage.

the problem was it works like the actual store in client, and credited each account the RP. it couldn't handle that many at once, hence why it sometimes "forgot" to reset some peoples RP.

therefore they just make the newer content available for BE instead, including the skins.

All skins cost 1 Blue essence on the PBE
