4v5 in ranked and losing LP

So i've been playing ranked and lately there have been players who never even connect in every 3 games I play. Maybe even more than that! I'm in a low elo so my team just gives up or AFK also making winning 4v5 damn near impossible and keeping me in silver. I've been reporting this to riot for months but i doubt that shit is working. Is there a way to start something so that riot can actually make this fair or will people forever suffer this bullshit and lose LP for 4v5's in ranked games
