about noob champions

hello riot team im one of the most fan in this game but sometimes i get angry from something i wanted it to be fixed so it will be more fun for ex:Master Yi you know that champ is so op and only for 450 ip and is easy to use is it fair that peoples come and play with this champ and after other peoples work hard on hard champ the one who use master yi get penta so easily and act like pro and he did nothing except Q and basic attack and the others using many strategies to stop him but they cant because he use life steal too other ex: Yasuo when he ulti even if he is 1 hp he get penta is that fair too ? and his ability about making double critical to be honest he have 2 passive the defend wind and the double critical he is the only one who has 2 passive on his abilities so now yasuo has 2 guard (passive and W) + double critical + life steal he is unstopable and easy to get penta im sure you know that so my question is can u remake some champs to be more fairly fighting them and dont make it brainless like yi he is so easy even me with out any thing idk how but i got penta with so easily and another thing about warwick can you fix his ultimate because some times when he ulti even if u are in other place u still take his ultimate like u still near him if you want examples you can see on youtube some videos about warwick and his bugs and another thing can you make the ranked more faster to go in because i always play normal because if i want to go ranked i have to wait for example 10 min and sometime some one leave so it will be more then 10 min and if i get in there might be afk and we make remake it make me wait 20 + min unlike normal just 5 min i become in game so i hope u find a solution for that and fiora her abilites is just crazy is it fair that some one 1hp got triple kill and get out from combat full hp ? take this link and check it out by your selves (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4I2sg7HlsY&t=23s) time:00:08 she cannot be targetted by stuns and one of her ability i cant attack her while she can and she have a big life steal even the melee champs cant stand against her i hope u remake her a bit more fair and i have an idea about making yasuo Q about making his wind ready after 2 hit with Q can you make it more like 3 or 4 and his E its just crazy he dont get tired or something xD ? for example if we made minions all the way he move all the way with E right ? is that fair ? i dont thing so i hope you understand what i mean i dont say that because i hate yasuo actually i play yasuo always but to be honest this is what i feel and i ask u to remake it to be more fairly theres more but i dont want to make it hard for you even this im not sure you may read it xD but if you read it i would be very thankful and thank you and have a nice day
