If I end up with 66lp silver 2 this season, what rank am I likely I get for next season? Bronze? Silver? or Gold? If not, how should I improve my placement? Should I play with friends with high elo from s8 season to get good place? Should I win all the games, or what factors causes it?

Most likely silver unless you've improved.
You should get placed around S4-3. That's if you do fairly well on your placements. If you lose a majority you might get placed into S5. Getting put into B1 would probably only happen if you go 0-10. Getting placed higher will probably only happen if you do really well.
I ended last season gold 4. Went 4-6 in placements this season and started silver 2.
