Riot can we please keep Champ viewing screen during Ban/Selecting phase?

After declaring your champion, if you haven't decided on one, you dont get to view the list of champions until it's your turn to pick (or a 2nd time during ban)

I become very indecisive at times and couldn't choose a champion, running out of time and spassing out. I couldn't even think of a champion to choose because i couldn't remember any of the champions i played.

**Suggestion: ** Just please, that little drop down menu that you have available at the end (when choosing skins), if you can make it available during the whole time for us to see the champs. thanks
