I run league on Linux OS and the game does not run very smoothly all the time. I just found out that players who have recieved multiple 20 min low priority ques will not get rewards. Since my OS does freeze the game several times during champion select I have received this que quite a few times.
But a week or so ago I had a pop up saying that my account was getting better at not leaving or dodging matches, will I still get the ranked rewards?

nope, pretty sure that you won't..
You are still eligible even if you had Leaver Buster, no matter how big it got. That only applied to the bonus "player behavior" reward icon they gave out.
