I think that Illaoi is just too much OP. I played a ranked game and my whole team couldn't kill her. Her tentacles do crazy DMG

I could get past her ridiculous damage while still being tanky if they took out that ridiculous passive where you're slowed and testicles spawn and dish out a fat stack of damage. 1000000% would be acceptable, if she just DIDN'T HAVE THAT PASSIVE.
That doesn't mean she wouldn't still be overpowered af, but at least bearable! There would be a solution for her in some way! whether it be her enemy laner, or someone else from the enemy team. At least there would be SOME kind of hope!
She has the same weaknesses as other juggernauts, Slows, CC. Get a greivous wounds item to stop her healing and CC her when she ults and get out of her tentacles. She is a tough lane bully so if you lane vs one, stay behind minions and Dodge the e. Then harrass when her e is down. She is seeing more popularity because the other juggernauts/bruisers are in a bad spot.
Its not about nerfing her, its about changing the anti fun elements when you play against her.
When a champion has nothing to do to win a fight other then just pressing R (Ult) you have a problem. She constantly wins 2 v 1 5 v 1 just by ulting. It's just an excuse for bad players to pick her because they wouldn't be able to win without a crutch. You can't time her damage, she does damage without any animation. No burn, just flat damage, I've seen the replay. It comes from thin air., if even one of those tentacles are anywhere near you, they do damage even when they miss. Fuck this champ! If the excuse is that pros don't play so she's not a concern well... people that aren't pro don't like her, so why not change her kit?
