Is that using autohotkey is bannable?

I am having disability by birth as my two left hand fingers are not that responsive sometimes. Hence, when I am playing league of legends I use one autohotkey macro to switch the Key Q and Key W with the Key T and Key Y which help me to operate all skills immediately with rest of 3 fingers only.

But, before few days my friend told me that I am breaking the game rules (cheating) which says not to use any 3rd party program. I need to confirmation on that.

I'm not expecting to exploit this game willingly or unwillingly. So if anyone could help me I appreciate that.

Please let me know if any other functionality made by riot for disable people.

Send a ticket to Riot support and see what they say on the matter, maybe they can make something happen

You can just change the keybindings in game settings

but then for every champ i need to manually replace the keys in game settings which is more annoying.

You can change them in the client or in the actual file which should affect all champions at once and not require any third party program
