Home from work - want to play - CANT!

I'm not one for following the future of league and what's new and not. So please forgive me if this problem is being solved. But come on..... all I ask for is to come home from work. Crack open a beer and play some league. Spend my hard worked pennies on sexy clothes for my characters. But... NOPE!
