Hey guys. I am asking for some tips on improving my game since I want to start playing ranked again. Only if you have time/nerve to do so. Known problems:

  1. Farm
  2. Positioning
  3. Time management

Roles from best to worst: -Jungle -Mid -top -bot (I still want to main adc tough) Favourite class: Assasin Shaco

I will apreciate any help

If you want to get better at adc, play support. "But wait, random person on the internet, I already know how to play support and want to get better at adc, not support" I understand your confusion, other person. But bot lane is a two person game, not a game with two people playing it. Play support more and you'll be able to learn how to synergize better with them, and I guarantee you'll do better.

BaronReplays

Watch replays, watch for cooldowns, watch for rotations. See if you can pause replays and know what will happen in the future/ how to set up for it. Consider every possibility at every moment in the replay. Look for the items of champions each time someone backs to consider fight advantages. Always be there to farm the lane as jungler if the minions will die to a tower.

Know your damage, as such, don't play too many champions so you are more comfortable knowing your damage. Consider abilities and their ranges/cooldowns, especially cc abilities when playing an assassin.

Deny people of farm. 30ish cs = a kill. Did you see an enemy flash, camp that lane and help push the wave after they die, farm, then go back to that lane. ~30 seconds to cross half the map (at least the last time I checked), and flash has a 4-5 minute cooldown depending on masteries. Pink ward the lane you want to gank, come back 1 minute later if they saw you clear their ward. Also, try to watch for what the enemy jungler is good/ bad at and abuse those facts as well as keeping track of where they go. If you can't focus on these things in game, try to focus on it in replays... the repetition will make it easier in game.

I don't do any of this, because I can't motivate myself to try to get better...

Why do you want to main adc when your favorite class/champion is assasin/shaco? And if you're straight up going to say your problems are farming positioning and time management I don't understand what you'd be good at as an ADC, in my opinion positioning is the most important thing as an ADC.

A lot of the time as ADC you get hit by one skillshot and you're dead, so dodging is important, and I think ARAM is a good place to practice dodging :P, especially at higher MMR where you play against lux/varus every game.

I think farming is just something you'll pick up as you play, depending on how bad you are at it you might want to go in a custom game and just practice to get like 100 at 10minutes, it's not that hard to do in a custom where you can focus on last hitting only, if you can do that, getting 60-70cs at 10 is just fine in your real games.

How is mid the best lane. Getting 1v4d while bot is farming lane, jungler is farming jungle, top is at base, is not a fun lane xd
