Do you mean the match history page on the website, or the one in your client?

There is your match history. I like this site because it shows GPM. Most people don't realize it but GPM is a ridiculously important stat when you play carries. As a jungler you never want to dip under 400. You consistently dip under 300. When playing in lane you want to aim for 450-500. If you can do above this, build correctly and contribute to the team's needs you'll win more often than lose.

On the subject of builds, you should look up some top players for the champions you play. Your builds are really bad right now. Eventually you'll get good enough with the items to be able to customize your own build based on the unique situation of the game you are in, but when starting off it is actually better to just find a generic cookie cutter build and spam it while working on improving other stuff. Cookie cutter build spamming works pretty well up to at least low to mid plat.

Everyone starts off being bad at the game...everyone. League of legends is an astonishingly complex game, with so much to learn and know. If you want some coaching, I'd be happen to help, feel free to add me on NA, I've been playing LoL since 2010 and know a lot about the game.

The short answer is you have a lot of deaths.

I suggest learning to plan an engage, and planing escape routes in case things go wrong. Do not make a plan if you don't know how to get out of the play or know what your team will get out of it. Part of this knowing when to go in and when not to go in as warding and pre-emptive warding, don't face check bushes or chase into enemy territory if you don't know where the enemy is.

If you want to practice this specifically I'd honestly suggest support so you don't have to worry about some aspects of the game to improve others. How will you respond when the option to just 1v1 someone is taken away?

Jungling might actually be the hardest to play, since you have to keep track of the whole map so I'd kind of try out top to practice your 1v1ing and trading in top lane especially on a tank such as Nautalis or someone that isn't just going to die if you screw up.
