Because this placement match system is absolutely fking retarted. No hard resets since season 2, so if you're not a habitual player who climbs then each season you decline; regardless of how good you are. Eventually after so many years, its enough. Why league is dying? Eh, has nothing to do this this at all...

All the runes/masteries changed, alot of champions changed, there was no reason not for a hard reset after so many years; but lets keep it soft so our streamers and LCS players can remain in their places type of shit. I dont have a desire to do either things, but giving me bronze after 9/1 placement is VERY triggering.

Just keep on grinding. The hard reset was nice and all, but you'll most likely be able to climb out of bronze to raise your mmr.

you're talking like im a hard core league player, which im not. and which most people arent. we just wanna log into the same account and have a chance at shit without the disappointment of 9/1 OH UR BRONZE LOSER type of bs. The system is broken, im not gonna level a new account invest in new shit just to have a chance at a 9/1 gold instead of 9/1 bronze. too much shit to do, i got a job and a real life to maintain. either riot wants to lose players or grow, idc idk, already uninstalled and made up my mind.

Well as I mentioned in my other response, you're most likely able to climb with next to no effort. You're playing Garen in low elo and from what I know you're a pretty good player overall.

Meh, its mostly for the rank. Its the only way to get a "hard" MMR reset at this point

You were Bronze 2 last year. You aren't going to get higher. Be happy that you are still B2. Most people end up lower.

Well. Considering Garen is on of the best if not the best champion when it comes to learning basic laning techniques I'd say he's a pretty good pick.

But if all you do is play him, than you're stuck at BASIC laning techniques and improving will be very slow.

again dude....i played garen cause its an easy win. i can play zed or riven, look at my previous seasons...and i was much higher elo than now.

again, played garen cause its an easy win. doesnt have anything to do with map awareness and the fact of how many towers/inhibs i took or forced my team to push while enemies 5 manned me in opposite lanes. the point im saying is, many people are having the same shit as me. previous seasons being held above their head. i didnt even play last season, i dicked around and 1 year ago this stuff is impacting my current elo is a garbage of a system. i get it if riot wants to keep their streamers and LCS players where they are at, just do a hard reset for lower elo and soft reset higher elo. This current shit is just keeping players down and eventually, like me, just gonna say fuck it im done with this game.

I do agree that a hard reset would be nice and that it's been on my mind for quite some time now. I'd recommend playing the game to raise your mmr. You know you're capable of it so why shouldn't you?
