Buff Ezreal

I real love playing ezreal, and really like how he is a high skilled champion. But i still think he is a little weak compared to the ad carries.Even though when he does get going and starts getting kills he is hard too kill. I believe with some small tweaks on his Essence Flux can make him even more viable. Like make his Essence Flux hit minions but it starts scaling down as it goes threw more minions. This is just my opinion to help one of my favorite champions be more viable.
