Idea for Lissandra's Ultimate

Hi guys, Lissandra is not one of the worse-off champions right now, but I wanted to present this idea as an opportunity to exchange a low-counterplay and less rewarding part of her kit with something still powerful, but more intentional in use while still exploring fresh design space, which should make the champion more exciting overall. These are the kinds of things that tend to draw people into "maining" a champion.

Bugs aside, Lissandra is not the most elegant of champion design. Pressing R on an enemy champion to instantly stun them doesn't feel like a particularly skillful move for the player, nor does the receiving player enjoy being bursted down during an unavoidable stun.What if Lissandra's ult on enemy champions made them untargettable for the duration? It would work exactly as if she ulted herself-- taking an enemy champion out of the fight (for a now 2.5 seconds instead of 1.5 before) by locking them in an icy stasis.

Interesting plays that could result from this change:

• Freezing the support so that they can't peel for their ADC.

• temporarily turning the midlane 2v2 into 2v1's.

• more consideration in target selection and timing of using the ultimate overall.

(for balance being frozen shouldn't prevent you from using smite...?)

Finally, by removing the abuse case of R -> W chain CC which current Lissandra thrives off of, the root on W can be buffed to scale to a 2 second root, allowing players to feel better about diving into the enemy team like Lissandra was originally envisioned to do, while not making her 1v1 all-ins unbearable.
