EU West full of trolls
It seems every season is getting even worst, out of 5 games we normally have 4 trolls or afk. This is beside the increased number of dodges before match.
Why nothing is being done about this?

Zone of Endless1 votesBecause if people are gonna troll then they're gonna troll. Riot can ban them but they'll just create another account and do the same.
Barkley1 votesAnd here, we've stated the single biggest problem about riot's transparent facade about "Caring about player behavior."
If they actually cared, they'd figure out a way to permanently ban people. PERMANENTLY. Other games have figured it out, why can't Riot?
